Question

What is the plan for the wedding with COVID-19 happening in our world?

Answer

We have decided to have a small intimate wedding ceremony at the home of the Graces's parents in Weare, NH on our planned date of September 26th 2020. Guests have the option to attend the ceremony from afar to witness. Guests should bring chairs and masks for their safety and the safety of others. Guests will be able to briefly visit with Grace and Lucas to take in all of the love after the ceremony, in a parade-like fashion. But the celebration isn't over yet! On June 12th 2021, we will have the ultimate wedding reception at the beautiful Rockcraft Lodge in East Sebago, Maine. The celebration will take place on a Saturday at 4:00 PM but please feel free to make a weekend in Maine out of it. We will have the celebration by the lake on Sebago, be ready for a night of eating, drinking and dancing! We will be adjusting appropriately as COVID-19 unpredictably unravels and adjustments will be made accordingly, thank you for your patience.

Question

Do I need to RSVP to the wedding ceremony in September 2020?

Answer

Yes we please ask that you RSVP by September 10th to this ceremony so that we have an understanding of how many people will be attending to ensure for enough space for the guests viewing from afar to be.

Question

Is it an outdoor wedding ceremony?

Answer

The wedding is certainly outdoors in a beautiful field in New Hampshire. Please plan for grass footing with comfortable footwear. Please bring your chairs and mask for the safety of all!

Question

Is it an outdoor wedding reception?

Answer

Yes! The wedding celebration reception in 2021 will be outdoors by the lake under a tent. Please plan for grass footing and potentially cool weather on the lake in early June.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVP deadline for the wedding ceremony from afar this year will be September 10th, 2020. The RSVP deadline for the wedding reception celebration next year will be May 1st 2021 - but please don't wait until then to make your lodging reservations! Also, we're asking people to RSVP the old-fashioned way: with the card you will receive in the mail with your invitation to the celebration.

Question

Is there anything you need to know from the guests?

Answer

We certainly will need the RSVP's for the wedding reception in a timely manner in order for a proper headcount and please let us know if you have any special accommodations before the wedding reception, including any dietary restrictions. Thank you in advance!
