FAQs

Question

I've never been to an all-inclusive before, what do I need to prepare?

Answer

We're thrilled you'll be experiencing an all-inclusive resort with us for the first time! Here's what you should know: **What's Included & Tipping** All meals, beverages, and resort amenities are included. We recommend bringing small bills to tip housekeeping, wait staff, butlers, and other team members daily—it's a lovely way to show appreciation for exceptional service. **Dining Reservations** Several specialty restaurants on the resort require advance reservations. We suggest booking these as soon as you check in to secure your preferred times and experiences. **Dress Code** Some dinner venues require smart casual attire. Men may need long pants and collared shirts for certain reservations, so we recommend packing accordingly. **Length of Stay** While a minimum of 4 nights and 5 days allows you to enjoy the wedding and explore the resort, we'd love to have you for a full week if your schedule permits. This gives you time to join us for excursions and spend quality time together. If you have any questions we haven't addressed, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're asking our guests to embrace Beach Chic attire for our celebration. Please steer clear of shorts, flip-flops, polos, Hawaiian shirts, jeans, white dresses, and other casual wear. A friendly note: Some of the resort's dining venues do require men to wear long pants and collared shirts for dinner, so you may want to pack accordingly.
