FAQs

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Please review the FAQs below for helpful information about our wedding day.
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire is garden formal/cocktail attire. Think elegant and polished with a romantic garden-party feel. We encourage guests to wear formal attire in soft, seasonal colors such as pastels, muted florals, and other light, nature-inspired tones. For women, floor-length, midi, or dressy cocktail dresses are all wonderful choices. For men, a suit or dress shirt with slacks and a tie are appropriate. Please keep in mind that portions of the property include grass and outdoor pathways, so consider footwear that will be comfortable on uneven ground.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Absolutely! We are excited to celebrate with guests of all ages. Please remember to include any children attending when you RSVP. During the ceremony, we ask that parents help keep noise and distractions to a minimum, and throughout the reception we appreciate your help in supervising little ones as they explore and enjoy the venue.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

To allow us to thoughtfully plan our celebration, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be indicated on your invitation and RSVP. We appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with our closest family and friends.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the venue. The reception will also be held outdoors beneath a large tent, allowing everyone to enjoy the scenery while remaining comfortably sheltered. We recommend checking the weather forecast and planning attire accordingly.

Question

When should I RSVP ?

Answer

You can RSVP as soon as you’d like! Please make sure to RSVP “yes” or “no” by March 1, 2027. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

To avoid being late and missing anything, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. This will ensure parking and finding a seat before it starts!

Question

Can I take photos/ videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer that will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony. We do kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony portion. Feel free to take as many photos/ videos once the ceremony has ended.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be offering a hosted bar with a curated selection of beverages for our guests to enjoy. Non-alcoholic options, including water, soft drinks, and mocktails, will be available throughout the evening, along with wine and a selection of signature cocktails. While we will not be offering a full bar with every type of alcohol, we look forward to sharing some of our favorite drinks with you as we celebrate!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided everyone with hotels near the venue or near our downtown area, that you may book with for the weekend. This will be located under the travel tab with links provided to each hotel to check availability and book.
