What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive at Contigo Ranch at 4pm as the ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is formal. The dress code for the welcome party is Western cocktail attire (no denim). The dress code for the BBQ is casual.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically named on each invitation, and we kindly request an adults-only celebration. Thank you so much for understanding.

Kids are welcome at the Welcome Party and the BBQ but not at the ceremony. Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically named on each invitation, and we kindly request an adults-only celebration. Thank you so much for understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be available for the Welcome Party, Ceremony, and BBQ. A shuttle will also be available for those staying in / around downtown Fredericksburg on the day of the wedding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle from Fredericksburg to Contigo Ranch will be arranged for the day of the ceremony. We will update with more information closer to the date.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a welcome party on the 19th and a Father's Day BBQ in Kingsland on the 21st that everyone (including kids) are welcome too.
