Chicago is such an enjoyable city, especially in the summer! There is tons of shopping, great restaurants, museums, shows and other things to do. You can be in downtown Chicago in only an hour from Valparaiso and will most likely fly into the city when you arrive for the wedding.
This is great access to Lake Michigan that happens to be a national park! There is great hiking or sand to hang out by the water.
