FAQs

The Wedding Website of Grace Heitkamp and Kaleb Bishop
Question

Where and when can I RSVP?

Answer

RSVPs will be collected right here through our website. The RSVP tab will become available once formal invitations have been sent, and we ask guests to respond at that time.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request your response by October 15, 2026.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM, and we encourage guests to arrive 30 minutes early. To preserve the atmosphere of the ceremony, we ask that guests who arrive after the start time please wait to join us until cocktail hour.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see everyone dressed in semi-formal attire—think suits or sport coats with slacks, cocktail dresses, or floor-length dresses. We ask that guests skip jeans for this occasion.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, our venue has limited capacity. Therefore, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. Thank you for your understanding! Please search your name in the 'RSVP' tab to respond for you and your guests once it becomes available.

Question

I have a food allergy or restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! We want all of our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration. When RSVPs open, there will be a designated space to share any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking located at the venue, just steps from both the ceremony conservatory and reception space. Parking attendants will be on hand to assist, and complimentary golf cart shuttles will transport guests to the ceremony area for a smooth and comfortable experience.

Question

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that our ceremony be unplugged so we can all be fully present in the moment together. We are fortunate to have a professional photographer and videographer capturing our ceremony, and we can’t wait to share those memories with you. Please feel free to take photos and videos during the reception!
