FAQs

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy their meal, so if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please email us directly at graceg5556@gmail.com. RSVPs are due by May 19th—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What is the address of the venue?

Answer

1545 S Timber Rd, Shady Grove, OK 74020

Question

Will the ceremony or reception be held outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. But don’t worry, the dance floor will be outside, so you can enjoy the evening air while dancing the night away!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5 PM, so please plan to arrive a little early to find parking, get settled, and enjoy the pre-ceremony vibes. We can’t wait to see you there!

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

The DWR staff have designated parking areas clearly marked with signs for your convenience. A drop-off area is available near the main building; however, we kindly ask that you proceed to the designated parking area after dropping off your loved ones. DWR staff will be available to escort guests from the parking lot to the main venue, where both the ceremony and the reception will be held.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Think Easter Sunday vibes! We’d love for our guests to wear spring/summer semi-formal attire in lighter, brighter colors. Florals, pastels, and airy fabrics are encouraged—just please avoid darker shades like black or red, and no white, as that’s reserved for the bride! Our wedding colors are dusty blue, azure blue, sage/eucalyptus/agave green, and white, so feel free to incorporate those into your outfit. We can’t wait to see your fabulous looks!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue (only 150 guests!), we ask that you please only bring a plus-one if it’s specifically indicated on your RSVP. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Will there be alcohol at the wedding/can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

Our celebration will be alcohol-free, so please leave the flasks at home! We're keeping things dry—but we guarantee the vibes will still be high, the laughter plentiful, and the memories unforgettable.

For all the days along the way
