Jose and I met online. We video chatted for a month before I drove to meet him. We went on our first date at Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant in Rogers, and spent a lot of our evenings at our favorite bar Tall and Short.

Jose and I went to a Korean BBQ restaurant in Uptown. He had planned to propose at the restaurant but he forgot the ring in the car. By the time we finished our food and got outside it was snowing big, fluffy flakes. It was really beautiful but also cold so we ran back to the car and I watched the snow fall out the window while we warmed up. Jose said "Will you marry me?". I was still watching the snow fall and didn't realize he was serious so I said "yes if you ever propose!". He said it again and that's when I turned around and saw the ring! Of course I said yes :)
