Our wedding will follow a formal dress code. To ensure that the bridal party stands out, we request that women avoid wearing black (or white). We can't wait to celebrate with you in style!
Yes, it will be a traditional Catholic Mass. We warmly welcome friends and family of all backgrounds to join us.
People of all faiths are welcome to attend Catholic Mass and share in the prayer and celebration. There will be a program to tell you when to stand, sit, or kneel, or you can watch those around you. The priest also will indicate when you should stand. Only Catholics in a state of grace are able to receive Holy Communion during Mass. The Eucharist is not merely bread but the true presence of Jesus - body, blood, soul, and divinity, therefore, it is appropriate that it be distributed only to those who have professed this belief. During Communion our friends and loved ones who are not Catholic are invited to come forward during Communion with hands placed across their chest to receive a blessing. If you prefer, you also may remain seated in the pew during Communion.
Children are welcome to join. When you RSVP, please be sure to include your children’s names so we can plan accordingly. A simple kid-friendly meal option will be provided.
Your RSVP will indicate whether you are invited with a plus one.
Please RSVP by September 25th so we can finalize details and ensure we have everything prepared for your attendance. We hope to see you there!
