Like all great 21st-century love stories, ours began with a swipe. One of us (we won’t say who... but it rhymes with "she”) bravely opened with a clever line on Bumble, and the other (ahem, “he") was charmed enough not to unmatch immediately. After some witty banter and a mutual agreement that neither of us was a catfish (phew), he popped the big question: “Want to grab tea sometime?” Tea. Not coffee. Not drinks. Tea. So we met for tea, fully prepared with an escape plan in case the other turned out to be weird. But instead, we ended up talking, and laughing way too much, and realizing that this little Bumble date might just be the beginning of something big. Spoiler alert: it was.
