What is the dress code?

Answer

We can't wait to see our family and friends all dressed up for our special day! Please come in your best cocktail attire—we’d love to see you looking your finest.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We need to have your response by June 1st to finalize details with our vendors, but earlier is always appreciated. Your timely reply will help us ensure everything is perfectly arranged for our special day. Thank you!

Are plus ones or children allowed?

Answer

We would love to celebrate with all of our family and friends, but due to the venue's limited capacity, we can only accommodate those who are formally invited. If you're receiving a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation.

When should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony starts to ensure you have plenty of time to get settled in and enjoy the atmosphere!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is a large parking lot outside the venue. For those of you that may not wish to drive, Uber is available in Vail along with the free city shuttle that runs to Vail Village and Lionshead where many of you may be staying. The closest shuttle stops to the venue are Matterhorn and Lower Buffehr Creek.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Of course!! We’ll have an open bar available throughout both the cocktail hour and the reception, so you can enjoy your favorite drinks while celebrating with us. Whether you're in the mood for a signature cocktail or a classic drink, we've got you covered! Cheers to a fun night!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged ceremony." The officiant will give everyone a special opportunity to take photos at the beginning of the ceremony, so you’ll still be able to capture the moment. After that, we ask that you simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the ceremony without the interference of devices.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, so we recommend bringing a light jacket in case the weather gets cool. There will also be a coat closet available at the reception for you to store your jackets and coats while you enjoy the rest of the celebration.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will wrap up at 11:00 PM. We’ll be dancing, celebrating, and making memories all night long, and we can’t wait to share that time with you!

Is there a reserved block of rooms?

Answer

While we do not have a dedicated hotel block, we have discount codes for many of the options that can be found on the Lodging tab of this website. We recommend booking as soon as possible to take advantage of the discount, which applies to the flexible rate offered by the hotel. This way, you can enjoy the best deal while securing your stay!

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

Thank you for being a part of our wedding day. Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you feel inclined to give us a wedding gift, a contribution towards one of the items listed in the registry tab on this website would help get our newlywed life off to a great start!

Absolutely! We’d love for you to share your favorite moments from our special day and we can see all the fun memories you're creating!
