Shuttles will depart the Hotel Roanoke at 3:40 on Saturday and head to the venue. Please understand that due to scheduling and logistics, only those who selected 'yes' on the RSVP transportation option will be included in our shuttle numbers.
We have reserved blocks of rooms at two hotels in downtown Roanoke. Please visit the 'Accommodations' page on this site for more info We also recommend checking out other hotels or Airbnb rentals in the Bedford/Lynchburg area if you would like to stay closer to the venue.
Yes, parking will be available on site for this event. Cars may be left overnight but must be picked up by 8:30 am the next morning or there is a risk of towing.
To make sure everyone is parked and seated before the ceremony, please plan to arrive at the venue by 4:40 pm.
We can't wait to see everyone all dressed up! Please dress in cocktail or semi-formal attire. We suggest suits or dress shirts/jackets, and cocktail or semi-formal dresses or dressy separates. Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will then move indoors.
We have decided to keep our wedding and reception as an adults-only event, unless otherwise listed on your invitation. Thanks for understanding!

There will be an assortment of beer, seltzers and wine during our reception. Our venue has a strict no liquor policy and we ask that everyone please respect this. Please drink responsibly and plan ahead for a safe ride home. We recommend having a DD, scheduling an Uber or Lyft ahead of time, or using the shuttle transportation back to Roanoke.
