It all started on an ordinary day in Ashington Park, Orlando at The University of Central Florida. Grace was out for a run with her dog, Snook, and Garrett was spending the afternoon fishing with some of the guys. Fate (and Snook's disregard for personal space) had other plans. Snook bolted off the leash and sprinted straight toward a group of guys by the water- Nate, Jake, and Garrett. Grace introduced herself and invited the boys to her graduation party. It was at her party that Garrett got up the courage to ask Grace out on a date. From that unexpected meeting, Grace and Garrett's story took off. They've grown together through every season of life- graduate school, new jobs, and cross-state moves from Orlando to Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, and finally, Tampa, FL. Then one day, as Grace and Garrett had been getting settled into their careers, Garrett planned a trip for the two of them (and of course the dogs). He took Grace on a sea plane flight to Dry Tortugas National Park off the coast of Key West, FL. On a remote island surrounded by turquoise water, he got down on one knee- and she said yes! Now, they are ready to celebrate their forever with their family and friends under the Cabo sun!!!
