What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with planning, please RSVP as soon as possible! We kindly ask that everyone send in their RSVP's by May 9th, 2026. Our vendors require us to provide the final head-count soon after this date, so any unanswered RSVP's will be counted as a "No". Thank you for understanding!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you’re unable to attend, please let us know by selecting "Will Not Attend" on your RSVP as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Since our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, we recommend arriving by 4:30 PM to ensure you have time to park, socialize, and seat yourself in time.

Will there be a shuttle to/from the hotel?

Answer

We will not be providing shuttle transportation for the wedding. We recommend carpooling, using a rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft), or arranging a designated driver. Uber/Lyft are not as prevalent in this small town, so please allow extra time to find a driver if you are choosing to travel in that way. Parking is available at the venue, and guests may leave their cars overnight if necessary. Please note that all vehicles will need to be picked up by 11:00 AM the next morning.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is summer formal with a 'garden party' twist. Think vibrant colors, floral prints, and elevated summer style. We kindly ask guests to avoid dark or muted tones and instead lean into bright, cheerful palettes that match the season. Ladies, we encourage midi or full-length dresses in breathable fabrics. Gentlemen, suits are preferred, with tie optional (bonus points for lighter tones and fun accents!). Please dress to impress, but also to stay cool and comfortable for a partially-outdoor celebration. We have also included a 'Dress Code' tab on our wedding website for those that may need some inspiration! Whatever you wear... don't forget to bring your dancing shoes!

Is the wedding outside or inside?

Answer

Both! Our ceremony will take place outdoors, while our reception will take place indoors.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones away during the ceremony as we want you to be present with us in the moment. We will also have two professional photographers capturing the ceremony for us. After the ceremony - feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. Guest names will be specifically stated on the envelope, as well as under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of our flower girls and ring bearers. We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special date night!

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence and well-wishes are the most meaningful gifts to us. However, if you wish to contribute something additional, you’ll find our registry information as well as a honeymoon fund in the “Registry” section of our website.
