When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 22nd so we can finalize our guest count and arrangements. If you’re unable to attend, we kindly ask that you let us know by then as well!

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at Devotions Wedding Chapel in Greenleaf, WI. The cocktail hour & reception will be in Poland, WI at Eddie Whipp’s Dining Hall. There is a break between the ceremony and reception to allow for travel and a relaxed transition between events. Shuttle service will be provided for guests staying at the Cobblestone Hotel in Denmark/Green Bay.

What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?

Please plan to arrive about 15–30 minutes before the ceremony so you have time to get seated before it starts at 1:30 PM.

1:30 PM – Ceremony at Devotions Wedding Chapel (Greenleaf, WI) 2:00–4:00 PM – Break for travel and free time 4:00–5:30 PM – Cocktail hour at Eddie Whipp’s (Poland, WI) 5:30–11:15 PM – Reception (dinner, dancing, celebrating) 11:00 PM – Last call

Is there shuttle service from the hotel?

Answer

Yes. A shuttle will run between the Cobblestone Hotel and Eddie Whipp’s. There is no shuttle between the ceremony and hotel. See the Travel page for more details.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a room block at Cobblestone Hotel & Suites in Denmark/Green Bay. This is also where the shuttle will pick up and drop off guests for the reception. Any rooms not booked by 8/19/2026 will be released back to the hotel for general booking. Please reach out if you have any issues. See the Travel Page for more details.

Cocktail attire. Think suits, dress shirts, dresses, or anything you’d wear to a wedding or evening event!

The reception wraps up around 11:15 PM, with last call at 11:00 PM.

If you have a plus one or children included, it will be listed on your invitation and RSVP.

Yes, there is parking available at both the ceremony and the reception.

What should I do during the break between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is a break between the ceremony and reception for travel, checking into the hotel, or just relaxing before the evening starts. If you’re feeling up for it, feel free to check out our Things to Do page for nearby ideas and suggestions.
