Friday Fireside Welcome Party

8:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Check into the South Campground as you are! Take some time to explore the grounds of Camp Kiwanee!

Friday night's welcome will be fireside! We encourage guests to arrive Friday evening to check into the campground anytime after 7pm. Guests are encouraged to stay in the complimentary cabins of South Campground onsite at Camp Kiwanee. The South campground has been reserved for wedding attendees. A cozy circle of cabins with flexible layouts that sleep around 4-10 guests await you. The new pine frames are adorned with a twin mattress and can be pushed together to accommodate a queen air mattress if you so choose to bring! Please bring your own linens (sheet blanket pillow). Fridays Fireside welcome is to connect, make up your cabin, enjoy some savory food truck eats, spark up a s'more, and settle in under the stars of Camp Dock N’ Ahl!

The Wedding Ceremony

3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

This event is semi formal. Eclectic, bohemian, and chic attire is encouraged. Think earthy with a touch of glam.

The ceremony will be held on the Veranda of the Main Lodge. Seating will flow into the Library Room.

Vibe Check (Cocktail Hour)

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Quench your thirst for lake views and tree lined vibes from Kiwanee's wrap around porch.

Time for a vibe check - also known in many cultures as cocktail hour. Quench your thirst for lake views, light bites, libations & live tunes on the wrap around porch!

Dinner & Reception

5:00 pm - 9:30 pm

This event is semi formal. Eclectic, bohemian chic attire is encouraged. Consider the uneven ground when selecting shoes.

Grand entrances & grander entertainment. Speeches & sing-a-longs likely. Dinner will be served family style and incorporate New England classics from earth, surf, and turf.

Come-Ye-'Ahl' Campfire

9:30 pm - 10:00 pm

By now, the keeping or ditching of ones shoes is entirely up to you.

Once those dancing shoes are kicked off, come catch your second wind (and breath) by the fire for a rousing round of s'mores and who knows - maybe two truths and a lie? Acoustic power hour? Water break? Water break.

Good Night Gracieoke

10:00 pm - 11:45 pm

If you've made it this far its really nobodies business what you're wearing.

There will be late night bites, band fueled kareoke, ballads & bangers circa 1970 and beyond. Props, light choreography, and costume changes encouraged, obviously.
