You must book your room BEFORE May 1, 2025 in order to receive the discounted wedding group rate under the promo code. You may book after that date but you will not receive the discounted rate.
Our group dates are July 1st - July 8th, 2025. Plan to stay for at least 3 nights. Grace and Daniel will be there for the full week and are excited to spend quality time with everyone! NOTE: The promo code rate is exclusive to "Suite Only" bookings. It is not combinable with other promotions, offers, or discounts such as “Non Refundable Rate” or “Suite + Flight” options. We do not have a specific block of rooms for wedding guests. If you want to coordinate rooms to be next to other wedding guests, I suggest using the interactive map to see room numbers and then calling to make your reservation. If you are travelling solo and want help coordinating a roommate, contact Grace or Daniel.
No deposit is required when making your reservation. All the reservations booked under the wedding promo code will be charged in full 30 days before each arrival date to the card provided. There is free cancellation with no penalties up to 24 hours before your arrival date. (Cancellation policy may vary if you book with a different discount.) Make sure to book your flights early for the best deals.
Punta Cana International Airport. The resort will arrange a shuttle to and from the airport.

Yes, we would love to see your kiddos, this is a family friendly event! Keep in mind when booking that the "Excellence" rooms are for adults only (minimum of 18 years old by date of arrival) and there are specific adult only areas. Child rates apply for children 4-12 years old and infant rates for 0-3 years old. Please contact the resort for specifics.
