Is there a dress code?
Answer
We want everyone to feel comfortable and ready to celebrate! The dress code is semi-formal (or dressy casual). For Men: A collared button-up shirt paired with dress pants or chinos. A jacket or tie is completely optional—feel free to keep it simple! For Women: A cocktail dress, a dressy skirt and blouse, or an elegant pantsuit. Note: Please avoid wearing white, cream, or ivory.

Is there a shuttle service?
Answer
Shuttle service will be provided for guests staying at the Holiday Inn. There are two trips from the venue to the hotel. If needed, Lyfts/Ubers are readily available in Madison.

Is there parking available at the venue? Are we able to leave our car overnight?
Answer
Yes, there is parking at Mount Olive and the street for the ceremony and ample parking at Barnwood for the reception. You are able to leave your vehicle at Barnwood overnight and return to it in the morning.

Are there other transportation services available?
Answer
Uber and Lyft are both options in the Madison area for traveling around. We would recommend booking these in advance if you plan to use these services at night due to the holiday season demand. Free public transit through the 80 bus is also an option in downtown Madison if you would like to explore the Madison area without a car.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

We will have many options for dinner and sides due to the buffet style of the dinner. We hope to accommodate every guest at the wedding and their needs.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask to refrain from any photos during the ceremony. We will be having professional photos done which we are more than happy to share. Feel free to take them during the reception!

What time will the reception end?

The reception will end at 10:00 pm per the venue's rules.

We are registered through Zola. Navigate to the 'registry' tab to see our registry.

What will happen with poor weather?
Answer
While we would love to avoid all weather-related events, some are unavoidable due to Wisconsin weather. The wedding will still go on. :)

There will be racks to hang up coats right by the main doors.
