Our story started earlier than most - back in the crayon-and-recess days of elementary school. Who knew your future spouse could have been in the same lunch line for chocolate milk? Though we attended elementary and middle school together, it wasn’t until our junior year of high school at Green Bay Southwest that we started dating. By our senior year, we were crowned Homecoming King and Queen - yes, a real-life rom-com moment. After graduating together, we were lucky enough to attend the same college: UW-Madison (Go Badgers!). Between adjusting to a college lifestyle and switching majors (more than once), we supported each other every step of the way. Eventually, we moved in together during our bonus fifth year of college - thank you, indecisiveness. Post-grad life brought new adventures…and a little distance. Grace began her career as a commercial interior designer in Minneapolis, while Cole became a financial advisor in Green Bay. Long-distance isn't easy, but frequent weekend visits filled with trying new restaurants, bopping up to Door County whenever possible, and exploring our respective cities makes the distance worth it. Now, after nine amazing years together, we cannot wait to say “I do” in one of our favorite places on earth - Door County. Surrounded by family, friends, and Lake Michigan’s beauty, we're ready to start the next chapter of our love story. Cheers to forever!
