What town are the lodging recommendations located in?

Welcome to Cotulla! Cotulla is the "hub city" of the Winter Garden South Texas Brush Country and is surrounded by sprawling cattle ranches and fertile farmland. Cotulla, located in La Salle County, is strategically located 70 miles north of Laredo and Romantic Mexico and 85 miles south of cosmopolitan San Antonio, and straddles the famed South Texas Brush Country and the Texas Winter Garden agricultural region.

Getting to The Crescent C Ranch.

Answer

The Crescent C is located east of Encinal, a town 30 miles south of Cotulla in La Salle County. The ranch is 2 hours south of San Antonio and one hour north of Laredo. Buses will provide round trip transportation from the hotels in Cotulla. Parking is only available at Crescent C upon request.

What is the attire of the party?

Answer

Whatever you are most comfortable in! Western chic... country semi-formal...It's a ranch party! Think dresses, boots, jeans, guayaberas, cowboy hats. Jackets are optional for men - it could be warm. Please check the weather ahead of time. We do recommend wearing appropriate footwear for walking on grass.

Leaving the Crescent C.

Answer

Buses will return to hotels from the ranch every hour starting at 8 PM. The bands and primary party will conclude at 10 pm, however, those wanting to stay for a late night special guest and after party can enjoy the festivities until midnight!
