Can I stay offsite and just come for the wedding day?

Answer

We like you all too much! We have booked the whole property so that all our guests can stay onsite for the 4 nights. There is still plenty of private space within the villas. There are two pools so if you are not interested in a competitive game of pool cricket or a beer by the pool you can use the other pool to relax and unwind with a good book! Want to go off and do your own thing during the day and soak up Tuscany? We'll just catch you at dinner. We want you to enjoy your whole trip and not just the special day!

When/how do I need to pay?

For accomodation: Please send £480pp to Casey by January 1st 2025. Mr Casey Jones 04-00-04 96591367 Please put your name as the reference so we know to leave you alone! Please book your own flights ASAP!

Do I have to arrive by a certain time?

Answer

Arrive at the villa any time after 4pm on Sunday the 24th. If you can aim to be there before 6pm then you'll have time to freshen up before our welcome party!

The welcome dinner is on us and don't worry about bringing your wallet to our wedding day!

Why are you getting married in Italy?

Answer

It has always been Grace's dream to get married in Italy! It is a place she has been to with her family many times so has some great memories there! She also was desperate to bring Casey so what better way to introduce Casey to Tuscany...

What should I wear?

Answer

We want you to feel comfortable as it will be very hot in Tuscany in August. To suit the venue and the vibe we would love if you could be 'Summer Smart'. (We think Grace made that up) Long dresses, (lightweight) suits or smart shirts and trousers. Most of the day will be on grass so think wisely about your shoe choice! We have put up ‘dress suggestions’ for the welcome party as well as the wedding day in the gallery section of the website for inspiration!

Where are you registered?

Answer

We know that we are already asking you to fly across the world just to be here with us so your presence is allll the 'presents' we need! We can't wait to spend the (almost) week with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends’ children, we can only accommodate two close family children. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day where you can let loose and relax without worrying about your little ones.
