Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

RSVP deadline is August 3rd, 2024. Please try to get RSVPs to us before then, as we have to have a final count 14 days before the wedding. You can RSVP by mailing your RSVP card from your invitation suite, following the RSVP tab on this website, or calling/texting the bride at 419-989-7802.

Question

Am I allowed a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to cost and the venue size, we request no plus ones unless stated in your invitation suite.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We kindly request no children unless stated on the invite. If this is a concern, please reach out to the bride or groom. This is to give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about all the little eyes and ears. Thank you for understanding.

Question

What to wear?

Answer

The bride and groom request guests wear their best semi-formal outfits! Take this as an opportunity to dress up and have fun! Tuxes and floor length dresses are acceptable as well as suits and cocktail dresses. Please no jeans, t shirts, or shorts. We've taken lots of time to plan and make sure this day is perfect, we would like our guests to take time to look their best as well!

Is there parking?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking available at the venue. Both ceremony and reception are held at the same venue so no need to worry about parking at multiple locations!

Both. Our ceremony will be held outside, luckily in the shade of the lush, beautiful forests of Loudonville. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the deck of the ballroom. The reception will be held indoors, in the ballroom. A/C will be turned up!
