When is the deadline to RSVP?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 15, 2026. This allows us to finalize guest count and seating arrangements.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 4:30 pm to ensure that you are parked (if driving), seated, and settled for the ceremony, which will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. The ceremony will be followed by cocktail hour before the reception.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes! Parking will be available at the venue. The venue offers 125 complimentary parking spaces with overnight parking until 10 am the following day, if needed.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/formal attire. We ask guests to please refrain from wearing any white dresses.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, it will be listed when you RSVP.

Are children invited?

We kindly ask that only children of immediate family attend. Thank you for your understanding!

Will the ceremony / reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at The Colony House venue. The ceremony will be outdoors under a covered pavilion, while the reception will be indoors.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet-style. If you have dietary restrictions, please be sure to specify when you RSVP (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free).
