Yes, this will give the bride and groom an idea of how many people will be in attendance and help the venue staff prepare for the event. If you do not RSVP from the save the date invitation, then you will not get an official invite!
The attire is garden party/cocktail party! Floral colors or earthy tones are welcome. Wear something comfortable as the ceremony and reception will be held outside unless bad weather ensues the day of. Individuals wearing solid red or white attire will be asked to leave!

NO! Do not bring your own alcohol, we will have to pay a fee if this venue rule is violated so please enjoy our free open bar being catered. There is on site security and you will be asked to leave if any outside alcohol is confiscated from you!
Short answer: As much as you want! Long Answer: Alcohol services will be asked to stop at 10:00 PM. You must have a designated driver, who will have a stamp placed on their hand limiting them to two drinks for the evening. We want everyone to be safe and have fun responsibly. If any disorderly conduct is witnessed the onsite security staff will ask you to leave!
Yes, we would like every member of your families to attend if they can! However, please remember that other people will be drinking and your children are your responsibility. No childcare is available so please have behavior remain civil and enjoy the festivities!
Yes, Avon Gardens provides their own golf cart services for elderly and disabled attendees! The golf cart service will pick you up from your car, drive you to the ceremony location, drive you to the reception location, and then drive you back to your car. Just let the bride know if you would like to use the golf cart service!
The catering is coming from the Old Spaghetti Factory! We have included dinner options that are vegetarian and lactose intolerant friendly as well! If you have other dietary restrictions or questions, please let the bride know!
Follow the signs at the venue! The venue staff will be directing attendees to the ceremony and reception areas. Complimentary waters will be provided, as well as, the wedding program information! If you have any questions, the venue staff will be happy to assist you!
Yes, there are four bathrooms on the property. There is a handicapped bathroom available on the back of the office building that is labeled. There are three more bathrooms available near the reception area as well!
