Boston will be the closest large airport to fly into. T.F. Green airport, Providence RI, is also another option.

Transportation from the airport to Cape Cod

There are two bus lines that go from Logan to Eastham, P-B and Peter Pan. There are also many rental car options at the airport and in Boston. Although there is public transportation and Ubers/Lifts in Eastham, keep in mind it is a small town and these options are not always quick.
