We met sitting in Mrs. Peer's Math 501 course sitting a few rows apart. We talked randomly, but it all started to click when we got placed at the same school, Chisholm Trail Elementary the following year. We always somehow ended up walking in to school together where we would just shyly say a few words to each other walking side by side. Then our friends set us up that winter break, and from there it was history. From our first date that lasted six hours walking around the frozen Warren parking lot, to going on endless adventures whether that be traveling around the United States or just playing board games and watching movies at home together we love our time together.

We were on a family spring break vacation with my family in Colorado. We went to my favorite national park, Garden of the Gods. He knows I love the rock formation the Three Graces. That was the first place he guided me when we first got to the park. All of sudden in front of one of my favorite places he was down on one knee asking me to marry him!! I said, "Yes!!"
