Question

What is Fika Hour?

Answer

Fika is a Swedish tradition where people take a meaningful break to slow down, enjoy something sweet, and connect with others. For Alexander, it holds a personal meaning—he grew up sharing Fika with his dad and his grandparents, Farmor and Farfar, in Sweden. With coffee and treats like a Swedish "bulle," those moments of slowing down and being together are what Fika means to him—and something he’d love to share with everyone!
