FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP by to the event as soon as possible. If we do not receive your RSVP by August 13th 2025, you will be marked as 'not attending'. We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. We hope you can understand.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we may plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Grace Aira as soon as you are aware.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding (both ceremony and reception) is exclusively for adults.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting formal dress code for the evening. For men, this means suits, or button down shirts and dress pants with a tie or bow tie. For women, floor-length or midi gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are appropriate. If you're unsure - it's always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed! For further information, please feel free to navigate to the 'Wedding Attire' Tab for inspiration and colors! Otherwise, wear whatever color you would like, but please no white. (Please note that the bridesmaids will be wearing mint, baby pink, and dusty blue.)

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins - that way, everyone has time to park, find their seat, and settle in before we say "I do". The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm, and we want to make sure no one misses a moment.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is parking available on-site at the venue. A parking attendant will be present to guide guests and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We kindly request for all phones and cameras to remain silenced and put away until the ceremony concludes. We have a wonderful photographer who will be capturing our wedding day, and we will be happy to share those photos with you at a later date. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Question

What’s for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style with a variety of options to enjoy. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please be sure to let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate your needs.

Question

Will drinks be provided?

Answer

A variety of beverages will be available at our cash bar throughout the celebration. Please bring a valid ID if you plan to enjoy alcoholic drinks!

Question

Wedding Registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is our gift! If you would like to gift us something please see our honeymoon fund. If you would like to contribute the day of, we will have a card box on site. We deeply appreciate it!

Question

What is the venue setting like?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on grass, so we recommend wearing appropriate footwear. The reception will take place under a tent nearby, offering both coverage and comfort for the evening festivities.
