To ensure a seamless celebration for everyone, we kindly ask guests to be arrive by 3:00 PM MT to allow enough time to get to the venue, use the restroom if needed, and get seated. **Please keep in mind that ride-share apps (Lyft/Uber) may take longer than anticipated for pick-up and drop-off. We strongly recommend scheduling your ride-share in advance to ensure you make it on time.
Due to capacity restrictions, we are keeping this event to our closest family and friends, and making the event adults-only with the exception of our nieces and nephews. Any plus ones or children will show up on the RSVP site when you enter your name. Please reach out with any questions!
This event will be cocktail attire. Suits with a button-down shirt and a tie with dress shoes, and semi-formal (cocktail) dresses or jumpsuits are good options. Please note that the weather gets chilly at night this time of year, so we recommend wearing a jacket or sweater.

Although we can't predict the weather for this day, it's common this time of year for temperatures to be around 50-60 degrees once the sun goes down (morning and evening). We recommend packing layers for the weekend, because it heats up during the day! Pack a jacket or sweater for the ceremony, as it is outdoors.
We will miss you, but we completely understand. Please RSVP “No” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Failure to RSVP at all will be taken as a "no".
There is plenty of parking on site. The parking lot is just a quick walk to the ceremony and reception site!
Your presence alone will be a gift! However, if you'd like to contribute an additional gift, we have made a list of a few things, as well as a few cash funds for our honeymoon that can be found on the wedding website under "registry".
The ceremony will be outdoors. Shortly after, the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors!

Yes! There is a ramp with a slight downhill slope to access the ceremony site. The reception will be located on the lower level of the building, and elevators are available to anyone who needs to access them. If you have specific needs that are not addressed above, please reach out so we can help accommodate.
Guests will be responsible for organizing their own transportation to and from the venue. We recommend reserving an Uber or Lyft ahead of time if needed to ensure you have plenty of time to get settled in. Ride-shares can be delayed around the time the reception ends, so again, we recommend scheduling a ride ahead of time to make sure you have transportation. If you're driving yourself, there is plenty of parking at the venue!
