Are Kids Invited?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 16th. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as "no". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests coming from the lodge will take the shuttle down the hill at 3:15pm. If you are driving yourself, please park across the street at the Timberline Lodge and arrive no later than 3:30pm. The ceremony will start punctually at 4pm.

What is the attire?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal or cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim. The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area.
