We first met at a veterinary clinic in Lubbock, Texas, where we quickly became best friends. That connection grew over time, and a year later, we began dating. As our relationship blossomed, we both received acceptances into different veterinary schools, leading us to navigate a long-distance relationship. While the distance has been challenging, it has only deepened our love and commitment to each other. In the summer of 2024, Davis proposed on top of a hill with a breathtaking view of Konza Prairie in Manhattan, Kansas. As he got down on one knee, Grace’s first words were, ‘Oh no!’—but rest assured, it wasn’t a rejection, just pure surprise! Davis, ever the professional, smoothly continued talking about the specs of the ring like a man who had done his homework. What started with a 'no' ended with a big 'yes!' We are beyond excited to celebrate this moment with our friends and family. Thank you for being a part of our special day!
