SeaTac Airport
SeaTac is the closest airport to Seattle and the venue. We recommend booking a rental car there with others to carpool to where you are staying. This allows you to easily do any sight-seeing or outdoor activities in the Seattle area. Google Flights has a good price tracking notification feature and will tell you if the current prices are low, typical, or high for the dates and destinations.
Hotel
Snoqualmie Inn by Hotel America
This is the closest hotel to the venue. It is 10 minutes away and highly recommended by the venue. There is a complimentary continental breakfast every morning, a local brewery with a beer garden across the street, and some restaurants nearby. We have a hotel block here for the nights of June 14th and 15th with a discount code (WVWD12) off of the hotel’s standard pricing when booking through their website. A Standard Double Queen or King room is $271 per night for June 14th and 15th with the block code. The discount code is also applicable for June 16th and 17th for $245 per night. This block will be held until May 14th. At this time, room rates are cheaper by booking through a third-party service, however; so we recommend also looking into those options, also. For example, booking instead through Expedia is $40 cheaper as of this writing. The hotel shuttle is available for transportation to and from the venue for the ceremony and reception. Please reach out to us if you'd like to reserve your spot on the shuttle! Multiple round trips will be available.
