Question

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

We kindly request that our guests RSVP to our wedding by 30th September. You can RSVP by visiting our wedding website and clicking on the RSVP tab. Please provide your name, the number of guests attending, and any dietary restrictions or special requests you may have. If you have any issues or concerns with RSVPing online, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We request that our guests do not bring any additional guests or "+1s" to our wedding. Due to limited space and budget constraints, we are only able to accommodate those who are specifically named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Welcome to Melbourne in December - the month where you can experience every weather pattern imaginable in just one day! But fear not, because our reception venue is fully enclosed and ready to handle any unexpected weather surprises. Whether it's sunny, windy, or rainy, we'll be cozy and comfortable inside. See you on the dance floor!

Question

How should I get to the venue?

Answer

We strongly advise that you avoid driving to our wedding reception. Trust us, you don't want to spend your night stressing over finding a parking spot on Lygon Street, or getting a parking ticket. Instead, we recommend taking either public transport or an Uber. The # 1 or #6 tram from the city conveniently stops right outside the venue's door. It's easy, affordable, and most importantly, it means you can have that extra glass of champagne without worrying about getting behind the whee

Question

Why aren't you having a sit-down dinner?

Answer

We've decided to host a cocktail party for our wedding because we want to create a fun and social atmosphere that encourages mingling, moving around, and dancing. Whilst we understand that having a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a meal is important for our guests, due to timing and the size of our venue, we are unable to accommodate a full sit-down meal. However, we want to assure you that we've made arrangements with the venue manager to provide dedicated tables for guests who prefer to sit down and enjoy their food. We believe a cocktail party will provide the perfect ambiance for our special day, and we hope you'll join us in celebrating in style.

Question

Will there be enough food?

Answer

We are excited to have our wedding at Old Palm Liquor in Brunswick East, Victoria, a highly respected restaurant renowned for its beautiful food. You won't have to worry about going hungry at our wedding – the food will be plentiful and delicious!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Get ready for a fun and fabulous affair! Leave the denim and sneakers behind, because our dress code is cocktail. Dress semi-formal with a splash of your unique personality. We encourage you to have fun and dress up; it's all part of the excitement!

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

Yes - we would love for you to take photos and share them with us. We will share instructions on how to do so at a later date.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception venues wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes - both the ceremony and the reception venue are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us if you foresee any issues, or require further assistance.
