Hotel
A room block has been reserved at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Long Island Brookhaven for our guests. To receive the discounted group rate, please reserve your room by April 29, 2026.
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue. The first shuttle will depart the hotel at 4:40 p.m., with a second trip shortly after for anyone who may miss the first departure.
At the end of the evening, return shuttles to the hotel are scheduled for 11:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. Shuttles will also be available on-site earlier in the evening for guests who wish to head back before the scheduled times.
