This is the dress code. You have emerged from a tropical forest on the night of Halloween for a mystical, magical wedding celebration. Wear something fun! Celebrate plants with leafy prints and floral hues. If you have fallen in love with a dress and heard someone say "that is too zany for a wedding," this is the wedding to wear that dress.
It is! If you are asking about costumes, we will embrace our guests however they would like to appear. One day we will show our grandchildren photos of this day. Memories of formal attire fade, but we have never forgotten a Halloween costume. If you want to be remembered as The One Dressed as a Rutabaga, it is a choice you are welcome to make. If you are asking about general vibe, just as a wedding on Valentine's would have splashes of red and pink, so too will there be candy and the occasional Goonies' soundtrack song on this day. In a marriage, we build a home and prepare for a lifetime of kooky characters that will knock on our door. What a treat to be celebrating the beginning of that journey with you all.
The botanical center has a private lot that will be reserved for wedding guests. This has easy access to the venue and is handicap accessible. The venue is also uber-able.
You don't need to. Goats (Salvador, Vincent Van Goat, and Jean Ralphio) will be available for visitation outside the venue.
