Question

Can I bring a “plus-one”?

Answer

We have put a lot of thought into our guest list and since this is a “destination” style wedding, we have decided to keep it as intimate as possible. We have limited “+1’s” to spouses, or long term partners that Derek and Robin both know well. If you have a "plus one", it will be an option for you to add your guest when you RSVP. Please let us know if there are exceptions we should consider. We definitely don’t want to leave anyone out, but we would really like to preserve an intimate celebration with our closest friends and family.

Do I have to stay at Cave B resort?

Answer

We would prefer all guests stay on-site to take advantage of time together in a beautiful place! We understand - it being a mid-week wedding - if you need to get back home the night of the wedding under special circumstances. Please let us know directly if this applies to you, otherwise your RSVP will be tied to your room booking.

Is there parking?

Answer

There are a few general parking areas intended to be temporary (for guest check-in, drop-offs, etc). All guests will have parking near their accommodations: Yurts and Cliff Houses have directly adjacent parking, Cavern Rooms have nearby overnight general parking access.

Question

Do I need to drive to each venue the day of the wedding at Cave B?

Answer

Transportation will be available on the wedding day to take you to/from the ceremony and reception sites. The reception and ceremony venues are less than half a mile apart, so walking is also an option (there will be signs)! You may also drive your own cars from each site, although we don't recommend this as parking is limited, and we want to keep all of our guests safe.
