When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to RSVP by no later than January 16th, 2026.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage guests to dress up with us in cocktail attire. Men: starched jeans, dress shirt and tie, khakis, dress pants, and a sports coat are perfectly acceptable. Women: dresses, skirts, pants suits, or a jumpsuit are all acceptable. Please just no white. The groomsmen will be in tan suits while the groom will be in a navy suit. The bridesmaids will be in varying shades of blue. We look forward to celebrating with you in style!

Are children welcome at the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We know that traveling for the wedding is hard with little ones and we would love to celebrate with all members of the family. If you'd like, you're welcome to bring something to keep them entertained throughout the evening. We will have family friendly and two stepping music playing until 9:00pm. After that we will be playing more adult music, your children are welcome the entire duration of the wedding but want parents to be aware just in case.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has four wedding venues in total at it so please be sure you are parking in the designated parking for the Tejas Hall. A map will be included in the invitation suite and is available on our website as well. There is ample parking available but all vehicles must be off of the property by midnight so please plan accordingly if you plan to drink while attending our celebration.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony beginning to ensure that everyone is seated and ready. Our ceremony will begin at 5:00pm, so please try to arrive no later than 4:30pm. This will give you plenty of time to find your seat, mingle with other guests, and enjoy the beautiful venue before the ceremony starts. We recommend checking traffic conditions on the day of the wedding to ensure a timely arrival. Austin traffic can be busier than you are used to.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Yes, we are registered online at Amazon or through our wedding website through the tab at the top of the page. We have carefully selected items that will help us start our new life together, and we appreciate your generosity. If you prefer to give a different type of gift, we also have a honeymoon fund set up, we would be equally grateful for that as well. Thank you so much.

What do I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. We will be serving BBQ for dinner including brisket, macaroni and cheese, green beans and a dinner roll and will do our best to accommodate you. Our catering team is experienced in handling various dietary requirements, including any allergy-specific meals. When you RSVP, please include any dietary information, and we will ensure you have a delicious meal to enjoy.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with each of you. Due to venue capacity and our desire to keep the celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate the specific guests listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, you will be able to RSVP for both yourself and your guest directly through the website. If you’re unsure whether a guest is included, please refer to the name(s) listed on your invitation or feel free to reach out to us directly with any questions. Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely! There will be an open bar with a selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. Our bartenders will be serving a variety of drinks to suit all tastes including some signature cocktails created just for our wedding. We encourage everyone to drink responsibly and enjoy the celebration. Please plan accordingly how you are going to get home if you plan to drink at the wedding.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 11:00PM. All vehicles must be off the venue property by midnight. We hope you can join us for the entire event and make wonderful memories celebrating together.
