Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is March 12th 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand ❤️

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, "guest" will be specifically addressed on the invitation envelope you received in the mail. In addition, when you enter your name for the online RSVP, an option for a guest RSVP will appear. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding ❤️

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for young adults/adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night or weekend getaway!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. We totally understand things happen and if you arrive after the ceremony has already started, per our wedding planner, you will not be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter. Thank you for so much for understanding!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment! We have a professional photographer, videographer, and content creator, capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like and don't forget to share them with us!!!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open and full bar supplying unlimited drinks throughout the entire wedding duration. We want you to have the best time, so drinks are on us and no cash is necessary! Get ready to party!

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully) both the ceremony & reception will take place outdoors on the grass. Cocktail hour will take place indoors and on the attached covered patio.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim or sneakers per venue policy.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us... it means the world to us! Please visit our "Travel" tab to see hotels in the area. Those listed with a block option are offering a discounted rate when you use the direct link or call and mention "WILSON-GOULDING WEDDING". All of the hotels that have a room block are less than 5 minutes from the venue and will be a great option for those who may need to Uber to and from the wedding.
