Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is semi-formal / cocktail attire. We kindly ask our guests to join us in semi-formal attire. Cocktail dresses, elegant jumpsuits, dressy separates, and tailored suits or sport coats are encouraged!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by February 28th, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5PM. Please allow enough time to make your way to our ceremony and find a seat after arriving.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available on site. Whether you will be staying in the hotel or not, please enter through the hotel lobby and you will be directed to our ceremony location.

Will the ceremony be inside or outside?

Answer

Should the weather allow, we look forward to exchanging vows in the garden. Guests are encouraged to plan footwear with the outdoor setting in mind. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, the ceremony will be held indoors.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have our registry linked under the registry tab on this site. We are registered with Amazon which can be found by searching either Robert Goulding or Sarah Stamets on Amazon's wedding registry page as well.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy please specify when you RSVP. There is a vegan/vegetarian option, and a gluten free option available.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms available at the hotel on site. Normandy Farm Hotel & Conference center. You can call the front desk at (215) 616-8500 & use our code; SGAP18 to book a room.
