Reno is the closest airport to both the wedding and the reception. Or, you can fly into Las Vegas early if you're feeling lucky and wish to drive 6 hours through the desert with one gas station.

This location is 3 minutes from the venue. They don’t allow people to get a block of rooms for July, but they do have rooms available.
