Yes, please RSVP for the Welcome Party so we can ensure there is enough food ordered for everyone. The RSVP date listed on your invitation is not the same deadline for the Welcome Party, however, so if you would like to change your response for the Welcome Party closer to the wedding weekend, please let us know. We want to accommodate every guest who would like to attend!
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place at Hope's Way.
There is plenty of parking available directly adjacent to the ceremony & reception areas and venue staff will be on-site to coordinate. Park in designated gravel areas only; no grass parking allowed. There is a circle approach that allows for easy drop-off for guests who may benefit from closer access. If the drinks are flowing and you'd rather not drive at the end of the night, the venue allows overnight parking. Please note that the venue's entry gates are secured shut between 11pm - 7am and cars must be retrieved by 12pm on Sunday.
We’re planning an outdoor ceremony (fingers crossed for beautiful weather!). During cocktail hour, feel free to wander between the beautiful grounds and the indoor spaces of the venue. The evening will continue indoors for dinner and dancing.
We are kindly requesting that our guests dress in cocktail attire. For ladies, tea- midi- and knee-length dresses or dressy jumpsuits/separates are great choices. Gentlemen, you can't go wrong with a suit (ties optional). Plan to attend an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting. We suggest shoes comfortable for walking in gravel, some uneven areas around the grounds, & dancing!
Yes! Drinks will be on us throughout the evening, so please enjoy and celebrate with us.
We are constrained by our venue's capacity limitations, so please only bring a guest if your invitation indicates so.
Our wedding is an all-ages celebration. Guests will be able to see the number of seats reserved for their family when they RSVP through our wedding website.
