All events will be held on site at Herman & Luthers. Barring rain, the ceremony will be held in the field, starting at 4PM so please make sure to be seated by then! We kindly request that you mute your phone and refrain from taking photos/videos during the ceremony.
All events will be held on site at Herman & Luthers. The reception will begin with cocktail hour on the patio, followed by dinner and dancing inside the barn.
All guests are fully vaccinated so mask usage is at your discretion. We will have some masks available, but please do feel free to bring your own and wear it at any time.
Semi-formal - no shorts, jeans or graphic tees please! Since the ceremony will be in the field, it is recommended to avoid stiletto heels, though we will have some heel covers available.
We will be providing shuttles to and from our selected hotels on the day of the wedding. Shuttles will arrive at the Hampton Inn at 3:15 and depart at at 3:30 to then pick-up guests at the Holiday Inn, before proceeding to the venue. Return service to the hotels will be leaving Herman & Luthers promptly at 10:35. Guests are also welcome to drive (provided they are not drinking)/Uber/Lyft to the venue and there is ample parking.
Yes, the afterparty will be at a designated meeting room at the Hampton Inn!
On Thursday evening, we will be hosting Welcome Drinks at Bullfrog Brewery (about a 5 min. walk from the hotels) beginning at 7PM. We have reserved the private room in the back and appetizers will be served. Guests are welcome to hang out in the back room, at the bar, or in the front if they wish. On Saturday morning, for guests that will be heading out early, breakfast service is served at each hotel and included with your booking. For guests who have more time before departing, we will be hosting a casual breakfast at the Hampton Inn Meeting Room beginning at 9AM.
