When should I RSVP by?

2. What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

Ceremony and Reception will take place at The Venue at Greenbrier Estate located at 2855 East Pkwy, Gatlinburg, TN 37738 A shuttle will be provided from the BASE of Greenbrier Estate to the Ceremony

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue no later than 4:40 pm. The ceremony starts at 5:30. We offer a shuttle service from the entrance of The Venue at Greenbrier Estate that will take you up to the venue. That service will start at 4:45 pm and end by 5:15. Please make sure you are on time to the shuttle as they will not run to pick anyone up after the allotted time.

Our wedding will be an Adult-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding.

Have you reserved a block of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes! We currently reserved rooms at the Westgate Smokey Mountain Resort and Embassy Suites. Vist our Travel page for more information :]

Will there be a Shuttle Service?

Answer

Shuttle Service is currently offered only from the Base of Greenbrier to the Ceremony. Gatlinburg does not offer shuttle service from the hotels. Uber or Taxi is the best option from your hotel to The Venue at Greenbrier Estate. The Shuttle service will be offered from The Base of Greenbrier to the Venue on the day of our Wedding. Please note that Gatlinburg has a one way street to and from the Venue. Plan accordingly and please arrive early so you do not miss our special day. Please feel free to arrive at the Sycamore Cabin or the Foxwood Cabin onsite a few hours prior to ensure you do not miss the shuttles.

Where are you registered for gifts?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! If you would like to honor us with a gift, we have set up a registry to help us start our new home, plan our dream honeymoon & save for our future.

What is the wedding day itinerary

Answer

Ceremony will start at 5:30 which will be followed by a cocktail hour and reception and dinner to follow.

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

We ask guests to be dressed Formal (somewhere between cocktail and black tie attire)! Bring some comfortable shoes for dancing! Also note the night will be a little cooler so bring a coat/jacket!

What is the easiest way to get to and from the venue?

Answer

If you are staying at the Sycamore or Foxwood Mansions, transportation is walking distance. If you are staying in downtown Gatlinburg, Uber or Lyft is a great mode of transportation. Please feel free to come to the Sycamore or Foxwood Mansion earlier in the day to hang out if you want to make sure you dont miss the shuttles. There tends to be lots of traffic in Gatlinburg so ensure to call your Uber/Taxi earlier so you don't miss the shuttle to the wedding

Is it okay to post your wedding on Social Media?

We love that you have photos of our wedding day. We ask that you hold off on posting photos of the bride and groom until we post!

When is the Rehearsal Dinner?

Answer

Everyone is welcome to join us at our Rehearsal dinner on Thursday night 9/24/26 at 7:30 PM. Located at the Sycamore mansion at 2879 Easy Pkway, Pittman Center, TN 37876. Parking for Thursday evening only will be located at Sycamore Mansion.

What are the offerings for the wedding dinner?

Answer

We are offering Cabernet braised short ribs and a Vegetable stuffed chicken. For those who have allergies or aversions please contact the Bride and Groom so we can make sure you are all set!
