Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please let us know your plans by March 1st. Please be sure to indicate how many people will be attending with you, if applicable. We hope to celebrate this special day with you!!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at half past four o'clock. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat. Seating will begin at 3:45 pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding is semi-formal. We ask that you wear a suit, sports jacket, or nice pants with a button up. Additionally, an evening gown, cocktail dress, or nice pants and shirt would be appropriate. Guests will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

Can guests wear white attire?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing white attire. We would prefer colorful attire.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors by the pond, and cocktail hour and the reception will take place under a large outdoor pavilion. Guests will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided to and from the wedding venue. There is a parking lot available, and has a parking attendant to help as needed.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus-ones are welcome, as long as they are included in the RSVP. Majority of the guests and family members plus one was already included in the invitation.

Are children welcome to the wedding?

Answer

Children are welcome, as long as they are included in the RSVP. Majority of the guests and family members children have already been included in the invitation.

Will there be an open bar? Is alcohol allowed?

Answer

We will provide an open bar with a limited selection of drinks. If you have a preference for alcoholic beverages, you are welcome to bring your own.

Is there a parking lot at the venue?

Answer

There is free parking, with an attendant to guide guests at the venue.

What is the itinerary?

Answer

Our wedding will take place at Morris Peaceland Farms on April 4th, 2026. The ceremony will begin at half past four o'clock sharp, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap around 10:00 pm.

What is the best airport to use?

Answer

Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) is the closest and most convenient airport to use.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 5104 Clearview Street, Raleigh, NC 27603. A wedding gift table and card box will also be located at the reception for gifts and cards brought to the wedding.
