Why does it have to be Maine?

we know that most of you will be traveling and this is technically a destination wedding celebration! ben was raised on the coast of maine and after visiting, amanda fell in love with everything from the mountains and the ocean to the people and the way of life. nothing would make us happier than if you would join us in the celebration of our marriage as we share with you the beauty, serenity, and quaintness of maine's costal camden! of course we are hosting a raging party with food, lawn games, swimming, dancing, and more epic fun! and want to share our beginning with you!

Where do I fly into?

Answer

the best place to fly into is portland maine as their prices are generally cheaper. This airport is approx. 2 hours from camden and is a beautiful drive along the coast! stop at the sea basket for a sea food lunch another airport is bangor maine which is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to camden. bangor is typically a little more expensive but less driving time if you are feeling up to a drive you can fly into boston massachusetts but you will need a car as it is a 4 hour drive, boston offers the cheapest airfare but the drive can be time consuming

How will I get from the airport to Camden?

you can rent a car, we tend to use priceline for the best deals they are typically between $50-70 a day! we recommend car pooling to save on fuel and time! It is also nice to have your own transportation for sight seeing and enjoying a weekend adventure! if you need help with arrangements please notify amanda

Where will I stay?

there are some wonderful B&B's located in camden, rockland, rockport, and thomaston another great option is Airbnb as there are various throughout the area, when searching look in surrounding towns for cheaper prices including linconville, camden, rockport, rockland, thomaston, and belfast there is always great hotel options in downtown camden including: lord camden inn, the inn at camden place, grand harbor inn, the towne motel, the country inn and many many more options with varying prices if you are having troubles finding a place to stay please reach out to amanda, she is more than happy to assist you
