Please plan to arrive by 12:45 PM so you can get settled before the ceremony begins promptly at 1:00 PM. We can’t wait to see your smiling faces as we say “I do”!
Unfortunately we are unable to get a room block! The Cincinnati Music Festival is the same weekend as our wedding and hotels in the downtown/Covington area are unable to block off rooms. Links to hotels near our reception venue can be found under the Travel tab.
During the ceremony, guests are welcome to join us in walking up for Communion. If you do not wish to receive, you are warmly invited to come forward and receive a blessing instead—just cross your arms over your chest as a simple signal to the priest. Your presence means the world to us, and we’re grateful to share this moment with you in whatever way feels comfortable.
We’re having an unplugged ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us. We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away until after the ceremony. Our photographers will capture everything—we promise to share the beautiful moments with you!
