Please plan to arrive by 4:30pm. Parking will be limited, so do your best to Uber or carpool. Check in at the main lobby. The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5pm. Please arrive in something dressed-up that you feel comfortable in. As of 09/23, the temperature high is projected to be 81 degrees with a 35% chance of rain, but most if not all activities will be inside. Photos will be taken at the end of the ceremony. Below is the link to watch the livestream. It is normal if the screen appears black; there won't be any imaging until the ceremony starts. If you are going to the dinner, it is recommended that you carpool to make getting in and out of the restaurant easier. The restaurant is inside Fashion Show Mall. Parking in the garage should be free, but may change.
*UPDATE* Adults: $114 Kids (age 3-10): $69 Please Zelle or Venmo us by 08/01/2025 🙂 ~~ We kindly ask guests to pay for their own tab. Children under the age of 3 eat free, and children over the age of 10 get adult pricing. These prices include the meal, non-alcoholic beverages, taxes, fees, and gratuity. If guests would like alcoholic beverages, those can be purchased at the bar during the dinner. Dinner will be at a Brazilian steakhouse. Guests can expect the following: House Special picanha, ribeye, filet mignon, lamb chops, chicken wrapped in bacon, grilled salmon, shrimp, and many more all served to you table-side by Authentic Gaucho Chefs. There will also be a salad bar and additional accompaniments.

***Details may change.*** Please join us so that we can all casually mingle and have time together! If you are not going to the dinner, you are welcome to have dinner at Scooter's (it is a restaurant + bar). The aim of the after party is for there to be a low-pressure space everyone can gather to mingle and enjoy light refreshments after either going to the dinner or taking a break to recharge. 🙂 We will have guest book for people to sign; please attend if you would like to sign it! Further details will be provided as necessary.
