In lieu of gifts, we kindly ask that those who are able to stay with us from Friday, November 7th through Sunday, November 9th, consider booking a room at The Visitation Hotel. We’ve blocked the entire hotel for our guests! IMPORTANT: The hotel requires a two-night minimum stay. If you're able to join us for the full weekend, we encourage you to book your room as soon as possible using the link below, as the hotel is expected to fill up quickly. The deadline to reserve at our discounted rate is September 8th, 2025. If you're unable to stay the whole weekend, no worries at all! Just let us know in your RSVP, and we’ll keep you updated on room availability as we approach the deadline. Whether or not you stay the full weekend, we want everyone to be as close to the celebration as possible. While there are no other hotels directly in Downtown Frederick, there are several Airbnbs within walking distance, as well as the Inn on Market, just a few blocks away. Travel Note
ARRIVING BY CAR: Driving is definitely the most convenient way to get here. If you plan to drive, we recommend parking at the Church St Garage (17 E Church St), which is about 1.5 blocks from the hotel and has a weekend rate of $5 per day and $1 per hour on Fridays. The hotel also offers on-site valet parking services at $28 per night. Alternatively, free street parking can be found 1 block north of the hotel on East 3rd St. ARRIVING BY PLANE: While we don't expect too many of our guests to fly in, there are three Airports within the Washington, DC area that are all about 50 minutes away: IAD, DCA, and BWI. We haven't found any to be closer or more convenient than the next, so we recommend going with the best deal. ARRIVING BY TRAIN: The nearest Amtrak station is Baltimore Penn Station (1 hr). There is unfortunately no train service between Baltimore and Frederick, so we strongly recommend carpooling if possible and taking an Uber or Lyft.
