The Four Seasons has created a consulting agreement with John Hopkins called Lead With Care. This program has many safety protocols all staff and guests must follow. Some of these protocols include tasks such as wearing masks, sanitation kits in all hotel rooms with masks and hand sanitizers, contactless lobby check in, and temperature reads before entering the hotel.
Our wedding day will be mostly spent outside, that includes ceremony, cocktail, dining, and first dances. The tables will be spread out enough to promote social distancing and limited to guests per family household. We are also looking into mask options for those to use when not dining. All activities will also be held outside and socially distant appropriate, such as hiking! If you have any concerns at all, please email us at ketcherwedding@gmail.com
As family oriented as Tim and I are, we feel this day should remain as intimate as possible. We believe that the youngest age at minimum are those in middle school and above.
Cocktail attire! Bolo Ties for bonus style points for the gents, and ladies wear the dress you’ve been dying to wear somewhere!
Sure do! We listed those in the “TRAVEL” section via this website.
