Matron of Honor
Jessica and Sarah met their Freshman year of UCSB. They became fast friends and by Senior year, they were roommates, roadtrip buddies and best friends for life. After college Jess moved to LA and Sarah to SF but distance couldn't slow this friendship down. A few years later and Jess got a job in SF and came back to live with Sarah. In case living together was not enough, the girls frequently got lunch together as their offices were so close by to catch up on anything that happened well.. in the last few hours. Shortly after Jess moved to SF, the girls threw a house warming party during which Sarah introduced Jess to her now husband, Tyler (so they owe her forever). Tyler and Daniel have contented themselves knowing they will always be Jess and Sarah's second favorite roommate.

The first friend's apartment Sarah visited upon moving to San Francisco in late 2011 belonged to Kirsten.. little did they know it was the first of HUNDREDS of visits and beginning of the sweetest friendship. Kirsten shares Sarah's deep love of cheese boards, Rosé on a hot day, all things cozy and laughter and deep conversations about bringing bits of heaven to earth in whatever ways they can. Sarah and Kirsten have been friends through years of highs and lows, singleness and boyfriends, hot summer trips and snowy winter cabins and in case their paths were not aligned enough, they got engaged on the same weekend and married within 2 weeks of each other. Whether it's floating down a river on gold swan floaties or trying on wedding dresses, these two are side by side no matter what!

When Kelly and Bigad moved to San Francisco in 2014, a mutual friend reached out to Sarah to set them up on what was essentially a blind friendship date. Sarah was assured that although Kelly was married, she was "still really fun". Though skeptical that married people could possibly still be "really fun", Sarah agreed to a new city friend and so discovered that married people ARE sometimes not only fun but can still be best friends to a single gal... so much so that Sarah also decided getting married wouldn't ruin all her fun and did the same (hence this entire event). Kelly's sense of humor is unmatched and her great love for the dance floor is eclipsed only by her love for Jesus and her family/friends - a combination that can only mean she and Sarah were destined to be best friends

It is fair to say we wouldn't be here today if not for Jane! Sarah and Daniel actually met at Jane's birthday party in 2017. Neither of them knew it might lead somewhere then but inspired by Jane a few months later, Sarah began volunteering at YoungLife, a Youth Program where Jane and Daniel also volunteered. Soon Sarah and Daniel crossed paths again and both looked to Jane for approval of the other given that she had the inside scoop! (and is a great judge of character). Sarah and Jane have leaned on each other for both wisdom and laughter in everything from first dates, to job interviews, to text crafting, roommate advice,.. no end to the list. Even regardless of her matchmaker status, Jane was and is a best friend, confidant, partner in crime and World's Best Work Wife all in one!
